As our Head Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of everything we do — executing our signature wings over recipes with speed, consistency, and passion. You'll work alongside our kitchen team to ensure every order meets our high quality standards and is delivered hot and fresh.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of line cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Familiarity with deep frying, sauce preparation, and kitchen safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-first culture
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook all menu items according to Wings over recipes and standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout shift
- Assist with inventory checks, food prep, and opening/closing duties
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service flow
Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you're the face of Wings over. You'll greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure every customer interaction leaves them eager to return. Your energy and positivity set the tone for our entire dining experience.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction
- Previous customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or food service)
- Ability to manage a busy counter environment with composure and a smile
- Basic cash handling and POS system familiarity
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak hours
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with menu choices, upselling specials when appropriate
- Process orders accurately through our POS system

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of restaurant management or supervisor experience
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws, and cost control
- Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and reporting tools
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front and back of house operations in tandem with General Manager
- Coach, train, and motivate staff to meet performance and quality benchmarks
- Manage scheduling, inventory orders, and vendor communications
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Delivery Driver
Our Delivery Drivers are essential in getting fresh, piping-hot wings over to customers quickly and safely. You'll represent our brand on the road, ensuring every delivery is a great experience from door to door.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Familiarity with the Frisco, TX and greater Dallas area
- Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders accurately and on time within our delivery zone

Help us grow the Wings over brand online! As our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you'll create compelling content, manage our social channels, and help drive awareness for our wings over menu and promotions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and scheduling tools
- Strong copywriting skills and a creative visual eye
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics reporting
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all brand social media channels
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-aligned manner
- Coordinate in-restaurant photo/video shoots for promotional campaigns
- Track performance metrics and present monthly reports to management
